A little bit about ourselves:

We are a small, home based business that manages to produce enough stock for many Renaissance Faires across the United States. As a result, we have very limited time in which to consider special orders. Orders that involve special sizing or handling take longer than orders that are regular stock items and may require an additional charge. Even regular stock items can take longer when we are involved in a particularly busy month. Because of this we are not able to give a set time frame for special orders to be delivered. For example, if you place an order in February, you might receive it in two weeks. Or, if you place an order in May, you might not receive it until July. If you have a particular function you need the garment by, we will always try to consider this and deliver it by that date.

The best time of the year to place a special order with us is in December and January, when we are not involved in any faires (a special order is any non-stock item, i.e. special size, design change). All of the items we sell are individually cut, tooled, and sewn. Therefore, slight differences in size, appearance, and coloration will occur.

All sales, layaway payments, and special order deposits are non-refundable. They can only be exchanged if the garment has never been worn and is a regular stock item (size, color, etc.).

All doublets are one size, adjustable to fit most. Side panels are available that lace in and add width to the waist. The sleeves tie on and are removable. Doublets are always available in black leather, black suede, and chocolate brown suede. Special order doublets can be made in other colors of suede depending on their availability at the time. Doublet linings are black cotton unless a special request is made otherwise.

Bodices are available in six sizes ranging from XXS to XL. It is highly recommended that you have your bodice fitted in person so that you know you are ordering the correct size. Bodices, except the hand tooled styles, are always available in black suede, tobacco (light brown), forest green and chocolate brown suede. Special order bodices can be made in other colors of suede depending on their availability at the time. Bodice linings are black cotton unless a special request is made otherwise.
