Loosening the sides increases the size. Up to a 48 fits comfortably. Side panels are available for larger sizes. Our Steampunk doublet features a hand-tooled knotwork yoke that covers the entire shoulder, front and back, in a unique Steampunk inspired design. The front and sleeves button up with either Steampunk inspired cast pewter buttons, or a button of your choice. The leather is available in special purchase Steampunk brown or burgundy (slightly thicker than our standard doublet leather and features a more "distressed" look) or the usual: Black Suede, Black Leather, Distressed Brown and Brown Suede. Notes about our sizes: If you are uncertain what size to order, the best thing to do is choose the size you think you probably are and then email us a list of your measurements. We will verify your measurements against the pattern before we cut it and make any alterations we think are necessary; or adjust the size up or down if we think if will serve you better. If you have tried on the item in question at an event and you know for sure that you are that size, please indicate that in the notes section on your order. We will make every attempt to make your jacket fit based on the measurements provided and, if necessary, provide a free alterations service after you receive your item (you ship it back to us, but we do not charge for return shipping after the alterations have been completed).
