The Steampunk Bustle Outfit consists of a bodice featuring a small bustle and a high, fold-down collar secured with a snap.
The skirt of the same fabric is trimmed with a doupini silk ruffle and is gathered high in front.
Can be worn over an underskirt; with a crinoline or bloomers; or just a pair of sexy thigh-high stockings.

Looking for a chemise to add to your outfit, consider the Pirate Chemise:
Cotton chemise with an off the shoulder look (cotton ties keep it up; can be untied when worn with a bodice). Features a ruffle on the neck line and shoulders. Has elastic wristbands creating a ruffle at the wrist as well.
